I've admired Christy Tomlinson's work and the work that I've seen others do in her She Art class so I decided to take her online class. It's so much fun. She's very thorough and if you're not familiar with mixed media art and materials, it's a great place to start. I did the first lesson's piece and it was a lot of fun so I pulled out a wooden box that a friend gave me and decided to do something with that...
I took a piece from Magdalena Muldoon's class that I took at Art & Soul 2012 and put it on the top, with the girl above.
I "tweaked" it a bit more a few days later...added the butterfly near the girl, shading, and so on
It looks like a great class from these two beautiful pieces that you've made.
